Architecture
Solid architecture is what turns a good idea into a system that lasts.
We design solutions using proven patterns, matching the right approach to the problem rather than reaching for the trendiest one. Wherever possible we reuse existing libraries and tools rather than build from scratch, only writing custom code where it's genuinely needed.
We have hands-on experience building and operating on Azure and Google Cloud, and we use tools like Claude AI to move faster during design and implementation, without losing sight of future scaling, adaptability, and operational ease.
Our goal is always the same: systems that are robust today and easy to evolve tomorrow.
Project Management
Over the years we've used several project management approaches, adapting to each customer's standards.
Agile and Scrum are among the approaches we use to manage development, with Prince2 for higher-level project management.
We keep clients closely involved throughout, with regular updates and check-ins so priorities stay aligned and there are no surprises along the way.
We enjoy working as part of a team, but are equally capable of handling all aspects of a project on our own.
Desktop & Server
We regularly build both front-end and back-end applications, end to end.
We bring in talented designers to help craft front-end applications that are both attractive and genuinely easy to use.
On the back-end, we bring the expertise needed for demanding requirements, or integrate cleanly with existing architectures.
As programmers, we follow D.R.Y. (Don't Repeat Yourself) and K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple, Stupid) principles, and rely on CI/CD to automate our builds, tests, and deployments.
VoIP
As VoIP specialists, we design and set up small to large-scale open-source telephony solutions, mainly built on Asterisk-based systems such as FreePBX.
We also developed a FIAS-protocol connector between hospitality property management systems and Asterisk. It's available through Oracle's connector for OPERA 5 (on-premise, SaaS, and Cloud), and has been tested on other platforms too, including Micros-Fidelio and Silverbyte.
The connector runs on OpenJDK and communicates directly with Asterisk-based phone systems like FreePBX to keep guest telephony and the PMS in sync.
We install, configure, and maintain Asterisk PBX systems, with or without the connector.
